She was born on October 28, 1957. in Belgrade. She replaced her girlfriend’s surname, Jugovic, with new one when the mission of popularization began – striving for the creation of a European civilization in Vinci near Belgrade. She lived on a boat anchored at the mouth of the Danube and Sava, and in 2014 she returned to her family apartment in Vracar, where her mother Tanja, a retired art history professor, lives. She attended the Primary School Sveti Sava and the XIV Belgrade Gymnasium, and later received her master’s degree at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade. She graduated with a tenth with mentor, professor and rector Zoran Pjanic, and applied for a scholarship for the British Council for PhD at the University of London. Although she received a scholarship, she decided not to go to London. At Megatrend, she received her Ph.D. on “Exclusive Television Journalism”.

She started her professional career as a journalist and author of television shows, and after that she completed her research and literary work. She made over 40 exclusive shows on RTS, and some of them were broadcasts about Arthur Clark, Pako Raban, Elizabeth Murdoch, Imelda Marcos, Gini Lollobrigidi, Muammar Gaddafi, Arafat, and a recent interview with Mendel. She later published the book “Nelson Mendela, Last Message”. She is also the author of several documentary and short films in 2004. In the same year she started a private company called De Vinča production, and since 2006 she is a member of the jury of the European Film Festival.

Vesna for her company, Miss Yu and her school, says she is unique in the world, because nowhere is much attention paid to girls as they do. Their preparation for girls goes through three phases. In the first stage, the stage of awakening beauty, they try to teach girls that beauty is not only that outwardly, but also what each of us has on the inside. In the second stage, they develop their thought, and in the third they work on stylizing the beauty.
